Our collective agreement
Since 1 January 2004, there has been a nationwide industry collective agreement for the temporary employment industry, which regulates the pay and general conditions for employees in temporary employment. In addition, it regulates the equalization of the employees in the time work with those of the hirer enterprise.
As a member of the iGZ (Interessenverband Deutscher Zeitarbeitsunternehmen e.V.), WEP also applies the iGZ / DGB collective agreement.
