Temporary employment

Temporary work, staff leasing or personnel leasing? Many words – one meaning. They all describe a triangular relationship between our temporary employee, our recruiter and our customer. We are the employer of the applicant. The employee is transmitted by us to the corresponding customer for work performance. The employer’s position can also be transferred to the customer.
Our employees naturally receive a written, unlimited employment contract. The income is regulated by a collective agreement. The temporary employee has the same right to protection against dismissal as any other employee. We offer our employees socially protected working conditions, because our employment contract includes the usual benefits such as unemployment, pension, health, accident and long-term care insurance. It goes without saying that our employees are also entitled to paid leave and continued pay in the event of illness. Protection against dismissal is also regulated by law.
